FACEIT-2026

Registration

Registration for FACEIT 2026 is mandatory for inclusion of accepted papers in the conference proceedings to be published as a Springer book. At least one author per accepted paper must complete registration and present the paper during the conference.

Registration Fees

Note: Registration fees include conference kit, access to all technical sessions, tea/coffee, lunch, and Springer publication charges for one accepted paper (for registered authors). Registration fees are inclusive of 18% GST.

Payment Details

While paying the registration fees, Plese give the comment as "Registration Fees for FACEIT-2026". The registration fee should be paid via bank transfer / NEFT / RTGS to the following account:

After Payment – Complete Your Registration

After completing the payment, authors and participants are requested to fill the online registration form and upload the required documents.

You will be asked to provide:

• Proof of payment (transaction receipt / screenshot)
• Final camera-ready paper (PDF as per Springer format)
• Signed copyright / consent form (Springer template)
• Author details and affiliation information

Important Notes

• At least one author per accepted paper must register on or before the author registration deadline.
• Each registration covers only one paper. Additional papers by the same author require additional registration as per fee table.
• Only papers that are presented at the conference will be considered for inclusion in the Springer proceedings.
• Registration fees are non-refundable once the paper is scheduled for presentation and sent to the publisher.
